Wabi-Sabi

After a beautiful trip to Japan, I fell in love with the culture and people of this incredible county, so I decided to take as inspiration for a new collection.

I learned the term Wabi Sabi that talks about finding beauty in the imperfect, a concept that I try to transmit in the essence of the brand from the beginning. Those “spots” or “color differences” that arise in the garments, typical of a handmade dye, for me are not defects but evidence of something handmade with love, so I chose the term for this set of pieces.

Madder roots, onion skin, safflower, turmeric, cochineal, logwood and rust were used to achieve this color palette.
